- È realizzato in lamiera di acciaio inox AISI 430 con gambe e mensole in acciaio verniciato. È dotato di un braciere laterale e la cottura è prevista con la brace. Consigliamo che la brace venga inserita già rossa per evitare fumo che potrebbe “macchiare” il cibo. Il materiale usato è facile alla pulizia e garantisce un’ottima durata. Il girarrosto è dotato di motore elettrico 220V con 2 giri al minuto, omologato e certificato. Ha un piano di appoggio laterale ad uso del cuoco. Il pianetto sotto il corpo del girarrosto –sul quale va appoggiato un contenitore– raccoglie l’intingolo che andrà riutilizzato. Le due maniglie laterali consentono un facile spostamento. Il vano di cottura è facilmente accessibile aprendo lo sportello frontale. La raggiera, prodotta in “triangolini scarnito” di acciaio, funziona “a satellite” ed ogni lancia gira anche su se stessa; inoltre ogni lancia è asportabile e inseribile singolarmente facilitando sia la preparazione che il servire in tavola. Ogni lancia è lunga 66 cm. Questo modello è consigliato per 12/15 porzioni abbondanti. Può essere dotato di molti accessori come: il pannello elettrico, la griglia girevole, le grigliette per il pesce, il kit porta-stinchi di maiale o per galletti.
