- Sonata è il fungicida biologico a base di Bacillus pumilus QST 2808, un batterio naturalmente presente nel terreno, nella rizosfera e sulle superfici degli organismi vegetali dalle proprietà uniche e con una spiccata attività antioidica.
- Sonata ha un meccanismo d'azione unico e triplice: compete con il fungo patogeno per lo spazio vitale (componente spore), previene lo sviluppo delle ife fungine (componente ammino-zuccheri) ed induce nella pianta reazioni sistemiche di difesa (componente acido jasmonico).
- Inoltre, l'attività di Sonata è non è influenzata dalle temperature e questo lo rende uno strumento estremamente flessibile, impiegabile durante tutta la stagione. È miscibile con i principali agrofarmanci ed è ammesso in agricoltura biologica.

- 1. Gli ammino-zuccheri: bloccano gli enzimi responsabili della parete cellulare del fungo portandolo alla morte.
- 2. Le spore di Bacillus pumilus QST2808: competono con il patogeno e impediscono la germinazione delle spore fungine creando una barriera tra fungo e pianta.
- 3. L’acido jasmonico: prodotto dalla pianta a contatto con Sonata, che induce reazioni di auto-difesa per una protezione prolungata della coltura.
