- L’insaccatrice Verticale Mod. 7 di Tre Spade è l’ideale per impasti molto morbidi. La doppia velocità del pistone permette un ricarico molto più veloce. Con l’alta velocità si garantisce un ritorno veloce del pistone. Con la velocità ridotta si riduce lo sforzo durante il processo di insaccaggio.
- La disposizione verticale ha innumerevoli vantaggi. Permette di ridurre lo spazio occupato sul bancone di lavoro. Sfrutta la forza di gravità per lavorare impasti molto liquidi. Mette l’operatore nelle condizioni di poter lavorare da solo, in autonomia, senza bisogno di essere aiutato nel processo di insaccaggio.
