SODIO CARBONATO
Sodio carbonato da usare esclusivamente per l'igiene della cantina.
Caratteristiche Tecniche:
Polvere di carbonato di sodio ideale per l'igiene della cantina, infatti può essere usato per detergere e disinfettare contenitori per mosti e vini. Il carbonato di sodio è un sale di sodio dell'acido carbonico. Il carbonato di sodio in passato è stato chiamato a lungo soda, ma non è da confondere con la soda caustica. Questa precisazione è resa necessaria in quanto oggi con il termine soda si intende l'idrossido di sodio (la soda caustica).
Il SODIO CARBONATO a temperatura ambiente si presenta come una polvere cristallina bianca. Per riscaldamento tende a decomporsi liberando biossido di carbonio (calcinazione) gassoso. Sciolto in acqua, produce una soluzione basica; una soluzione di 50 g in un litro di acqua a 25 °C ha pH 11,5.
L'uso del Sodio Carbonato, facilita la detergenza anche di superfici molto sporche.
