Modalità d'impiego
Grazie all'azione sinergica dei componenti, enoclar-b consente di ottenere una rapida chiarificazione dei vini con formazioni di bassi volimi di fecce.
La presenza congiunta di diversi chiarificanti proteici consente di ottenere un miglioramento delle qualità orgonolettiche del vino, mentre la bentonite ne assicura la stabilizzazione proteica. Disperdere enoclar-b in acqua calda al 10% sotto agitazione continua ed immettere subito alla massa da chiarificare seguendo un accurato rimontaggio.
Dopo 4-5 giorni il vino è pronto per il travaso
