CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
- Semi di peperoncino piccante Moruga Scorpion della linea VogliaPiccante.
- È un peperoncino appartenente alla famiglia Chinense, nel 2012 era stato definito come il più piccante al mondo.
- La pianta si adatta molto bene al sole pieno e non ha necessità di molta acqua. Può superare anche il metro di altezza, ha foglie medio-grandi e il peperoncino misura circa 4-6 cm.
- Questo particolare peperoncino ha le dimensioni di una palla da golf di forma tondeggiante rugosa. Il colore del frutto cambia dal verde iniziale, all'arancione, fino al rosso della completa maturazione.
- Ha un gusto particolare che lo rende molto apprezzato in cucina: inizialmente dolce e fruttato si trasforma dopo poco tempo in un bruciore sempre più intenso. Può essere utilizzato, con parsimonia, in tutte le preparazioni che richiedono il peperoncino, da un semplice piatto di spaghetti con aglio e olio alle tipiche salse calabresi al peperoncino.
