PROTOPHOS 14-54 este o sinteză echilibrată a fosfaților legați, prin acțiunea de protoni (acidifianți), la ureea amidică pentru a forma un adduct și la ion amoniu.
Formarea adductului împiedică volatilizarea azotului care permite plantă pentru a-și optimiza absorbția.
