SPECIFICATII
- Compoziție : metabisulfit de potasiu.
- Caracteristici : aditiv oenologic antimicrobian, polifenoli solubilizatori, Antioxidant.
- Aplicații : element fundamental în stabilizările oenologice. Se utilizează de asemenea, în industria conservelor, alimente în general, fructe, crustacee, bere, gemuri, oțet.
- Dozele de vin: limite de SO2 în conformitate cu Regulamentul CEE 822/87 art. 65: 160 mg/l pentru vinurile roșii.
- 210 mg/L pentru vinurile rosé și albe.
- În vinurile cu reziduuri de zahăr mai mari sau egale cu 5 g/L de zahăr invertit limitele se ridică la:
- 210 mg/L pentru vinurile roșii.
- 260 mg/L pentru vinurile rosé și albe.
- Utilizare : se dispersează în masă, produsul este ușor solubil.
- Luați în considerare faptul că 1 g de metabisulfit de potasiu dezvoltă aproximativ 0,5 g de SO2.
- Depozitare : într-un loc răcoros și ventilat. Este un produs higroscopic, prin urmare, în prezența umidității tinde să absoarbă apa și poate împacheta.
